This was a perfect replacement for an older GE OTR microwave. Back/wall plate was the same so it mounted up in a matter of minutes. No new holes in the wall or anything time consuming. It works as it should, and will last for years.

Sometimes you have to push hard on the buttons, but otherwise I think it is a good machine. Hanging it was a bit tough, but I'm also not the best handy man...but it would be nice if the parts and style for mounting was universal because I was replacing one unit, so a universal style would have meant no additional work. In the end, I'm happy with my purchase.

Best Buy did a fine job delivering the microwave as promised and adjusting the price via price match when I found the unit at a better price through another retailer. The microwave itself has the same functions as our previous one. The only thing that seems a little strange is that when I open the door when the timer goes off, it sounds like a gear continues a couple more revolutions before stopping. There is no detectable movement in the glass plate. The noise does not happen if I wait a few seconds before I open the door. Other than that, this seems to be a good unit. The touchpad is a little difficult in that you have to press the keys in a very exact manner.

Bought online sight unseen. Not what I expected.Replacing a GE space saver. This unit much bulkier and “less sound” but works well!

I got this microwave as a gift for my mother. She need it a new one because the 1 that she has broke and she can live without it. She was really happy with the all process of delivery and installation and how everything was done on time.

Perfect for our kitchen. It’s a newer model of what we had before. Didn’t take long to install myself.

We bought this as a replacement for our Cafe Series GE Microwave. We wanted another cafe series but the agent advised us that if we are not going to use the convection option this one is a very reliable and just as good. It is worth the price and so far we are loving it!

Works as advertised! Was easy to install and the mounting bracket was easier to use than my old fridgidaire I had.

Love the easy one touch button's. 1-5 min. So if you want 3 min just press 3 and so on. Gave a 4 out of 5 only because of the tin sound when the door is opened and closed, could be made better.

I recently had to replace my old model GE microwave with this new model. Great touch display and the stainless steel around the whole front gives the kitchen a very elegant finish! When turned on, is it very silent and smooth! Great purchase for what you pay.

Very nice unit that replaced an older GE unit. Relatively easy to install but be sure you read the instructions on how to direct the exhaust blower (easy to do). The new unit fit exactly and looks very nice.

We are very satisfied with our new GE microwave. It was a very good choice.

This microwave replaces a GE microwave that I had for almost 15 years. I like it almost as much (right now) and time will tell if it is as sturdy and long lasting. It has about the same keypad as the former so I guess GE knows how to recognize a winner when they have one. The only thing I wish otherwise is that they would have kept the same screw positions that secure the microwave to the cabinet above. Why change that? The assumption is that a happy customer would stay with what made them happy. Why should you have to make more holes (and more dirt) in the cabinet that is securing it.

I purchased this microwave because it was the same dimensions as the one being replaced. Unfortunately it stop working immediately during the first use. It was under warranty and part was ordered but was on back order. Waited 6 months for part then requested that the product be replaced and my warranty extended - all of which was accommodated. No problems since then works fine

2 strongmen came in with unit, removed the old, then quickly installed the new. Was amazed to see one young man take out a magic cloth and shine the piece then continue to shine up the refer/freezer and the dishwasher for added shine. Much appreciated

Highly satisfied with the purchase of my GE microwave. Very easy to install and I'm finding it easy to adjust to the new front panel. I do agree with others that the overhead light is too far in back and doesn't offer much light at all on cooktop stove.
