As advertised the dimensions were accurate installation was easy and product works great.

I like that I don't have to turn on the exhaust fan every time I use the microwave. It turns on automatically. The keypad is straightforward. No real learning curve unless you want to program the Express Cook buttons, but who does that, right?

After having it for 2-3 weeks, it's performing to my satisfaction. It's a little louder than my previous microwave and seems "labored" at start up but it warms/cooks well, so far. Typical plastic where you'd expect it in today's world of manufacturing. Good value for the money.

Please don’t buy this microwave. I rarely write review but enough is enough. I have had two of these microwaves one lasted a week another a month and a half. The first I returned to Best Buy because it was under 15 days. I bought the second because I was assured that I must have got lemon. I feel foolish that I listened but I did and the other microwave lasted over the return date to Best Buy and the factory warranty took over (even though I purchased an extended warranty form Best Buy, nonetheless, the GE factory warranty is the one I was told to use by Best Buy). It has since been 4 months with no fix. The first scheduled appointment (which took 6 weeks) I was told a part was needed and a re-schedule date was made. I took the day off to meet the repairman when I received a phone call late in the day and was told the part had not arrived and they would have to reschedule again. I was also told that the part would have to be sent to my house and should call to have someone promptly repair the microwave. Well the part has finally shown up three weeks later and every time I call l’m I hung up on if the phone even gets through. The website is no help either. As I’m writing this review I’ve finally got through and I’ve been on hold for 2 hour and 14 minutes and on my wife’s phone 2 hours. Firstly Best Buy has little help and GE has been horrendous, I will never buy another GE product and if I can save anyone else from this experience I at least done something. I should just go buy another brand of microwave and eat the cost, because, I need a microwave.

I love this Microwave I have it for almost a year

So far,so good; only time will tell! It was a little difficult to install. I expected the mounting to be the same as the exact same model it replaced. It seems a lot flimsier than my old microwave

Everything turned out well. I bought it as an open box and the only thing that it was missing was the mounting plate. Other than that everything worked perfect. It went right on to the existing mounting plate from the old microwave.

A really great looking and functional product from GE. It was easy to install and Best Buy’s price was right.

Doesnt seem to heat my food as well as my previous microwave. It does look better though when you touch it, it leaves fingerprint smudges.

Appreciated the team member helping to narrow down the right microwave within my budget. It’s a great product and they provided excellent timely installation.

So far so good. Very spacious on the inside. For the price- highly recommend note: I had to redrill the the holes to mount, they were off about 1 inch from the original GE install.

We had this microwave for two weeks and it worked great and then died. We were supposed to get a replacement on 12/27, but it never came in. Our new date for replacement is 2/1. It is very hard not having a microwave. I know, not the worst thing in the world, but very annoying.

Pretty decent microwave. Does what it’s supposed to do however mine is coming unglued. I guess the stainless steel front is glued to the door and the adhesive is starting to wear off. I have only had the microwave for three months!
