My old microwave died after many years of use. I went for a new one that was senior friendly, sensors for cooking and easy to use. Love it!

Looks good. Works well. Simple to use. Paid someone to help with installation as heard that was difficult, so got some help there.

This microwave fits perfectly into the space of the old one. Works basically the same as old GE except buttons scrambled in placement. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Really enjoy this microwave. Do have to get used to the angle which you pull the handle to open it, must pull straight out which takes getting used to depending on the height it's installed. Other issue like many microwaves, the power level is accomplished by full power followed by no power. This results in potential boil over during the full power before going to no power. I have had microwaves where it seems to continuously do the selected power, for example 50%, the entire time.

The stainless steel looks very luxurious on a tight budget. It does what it says it will do, cooks evenly and thoroughly.

Love my new microwave. It does everything it suppose to do and it’s so easy to operate. My old one the door was difficult to open sometimes I thought the door would fall off before I got it open. This one is a breeze. I’m so pleased the delivery and installation from Best Buy was seamless.

Works as it should and was easy to install. Color is and exact match to our other ge appliances. Sensor for when something isn’t in the microwave is nice as well

Love the size and look. Has a rich "feel" when you open and close the door. We have one, in white, at another home and it was the main reason that we chose the GE and model that we did. Because the keypad is black and the text and buttons don't stand out, it is not easy to read the words for the buttons.

This has so far been a very good microwave. Looking forward to checking out and using some of the new features to my previous model.

Appears to be excellent but always buy the extended warranty our last microwave lasted only 17 months. .

Love the microwave. It is great looking and easy to clean. It has great features such as the thaw feature in case you want to use something from the freezer.

I was also pleased with installation. The workmen was able to identify potential problems with the installation and then he solved those problems for me.

Upgraded features. I especially like the sensor cooking feature which uses electromagnetic feedback instead of a temperature probe to determine when things are done.

Door seems a little flimsy. Worry a little how it will hold up over time. Works fine though. Love the appearance of the slate appliances

This microwave does everything it says and is a great product. It is easy to operate for my elderly mother and I highly recommend.

I like the brand and white color. It’s easy to clean and use.
