Worked great until the handle broke off just over a year of gentle use. Both plastic supports completely snapped. This is unacceptable quality from an outfit like GE. I had to super glue it back together because the manufacturer warranty only lasts one year. Hopefully it will hold. I see the price is now $400, way up from what I paid in Aug 2019 ($269). Consider another option!

Like this microwave. Integrates well into kitchen and decent options for the cost.

I bought the matching microwave to my GE stove. I'm a 60 yr old Profesional and use the range top rarely. The Microwave handle de laminated after 7 months. No problem I thought - I have the GE warranty and bought an extended warranty of 5 years from Best Buy. I scalled and tried to place a claim and told this is normal and not covered. If this is how GE and Best Buy think a new rarely used device should look after 7 months I will have to buy else ware in the future.

Like the looks of microwave. Use a lot for heating up food. Does a really great job.

So far so good. Plenty of space and heats probably.

Perfect replacement microwave for food, drink & POPCORN!

I understand this is a basic microwave without any frills. But when the door handle cracks after a year of use it's disappointing. Now it's been 1.5 years and both top and bottom part of handle (the actual plastic) is cracked through / broken. Best Buy offered to have it replaced for $200!! (parts and labor) I would NOT recommend this microwave.

Wow, what a microwave! We have a lot more cabinet space using this kind of microwave, The sensor cooking works very well!

I've been very happy with this GE microwave. It heats food evenly, is easy to use, and has plenty of power for everyday cooking. The controls are straightforward, it runs quietly, and the build quality feels solid. Overall, it's a reliable microwave and a great value for the price.

Needed to replace a Samsung unit that was getting old and hard to clean. This unit matched our refrigerator. Fit perfectly under the hood and was not that hard to install. Works well and has a plethora of features that are highly useful and convenient. We are still learning all this microwave has to offer but it has exceeded our expectations and is highly intuitive so we haven't really needed to refer to the owner's manual to get the job done. Many of the features and instructions are programmed into the screen display. This is a great microwave.

Our microwave quit working after only five years, and we were left with the task of finding one that would be comparable in size and features to replace it. After much research we found this GE microwave that was almost exactly the same size, with basically the same features. It was an easy install for me and my wife. It has been working great so far, and we hope that it will give us many years of service.

replaced a LG microwave, didn't even have to change the wall bracket, did have to elongate holes some for the screws that held microwave to cabinet above it. Had features we wanted, works fine. Could keep rotating tray from LG for a spare for this one.

We had our first microwave for a long time and then it just finally gave out. I’m very happy with this one as a replacement for my original one. It was pretty easy to install as long as you read the instructions all the way through one thing is on the vent if you have a vent, that is more oval rectangle like mine you’re supposed to clip the ends of the vent because it hits the edges as it flaps open. I did not see that on the instructions as you go through it I think it was written in some other part, but I had already fully installed it. I tested the vent in the air that comes out outside the house is enough to push the flap all the way open, so I left it alone. The buttons sometimes feel like you have to push him a little hard and I wonder how long that’s gonna last and I noticed on the door handle a crack, but that might be because of the stove below and us not always turning on the vent fan overall very happy with its performance

I was looking for a replacement over the stove microwave to fit in the space where the old had been so we had specific dimension requirement. Also, did not want to spend thousands of dollars. This microwave is the exact size that we needed, I love the clean lines and look of this microwave, it has some nice features, and feels very sturdy. Some other lower priced microwaves feel flimsy and cheap and you can tell they are not going to last, but this one feels sturdy and we are very pleased.

Works as expected and looks nice and hi-tech. I would recommend this microwave.

Easy to use the new features on the microwave. Easy to keep clean and appreciate the non smudge stainless steel door. Appreciate the quietness when the microwave is running. Like the two level light and fan features. Like the level of the microwave over the stove. Easy instructional manual on how to use the button features and times for microwaving different types of food, defrost etc.

Spacious, sturdy, compact microwave. Very easy to operate and clean. Loves how it helps with the fingerprint resistance. Everyone loves the upscale look and it was no trouble mounting to wall under cabinets. Very pleased!
