    This microwave is larger and more powerful than the one I had before, so it cooks food faster, which is nice. It has some additional features, but it's easy to use. The only issue I have is that the keypad isn't illuminated so it's sometimes difficult to see the numbers and commands, depending on how dark the room is or if there is glare from sunlight. Other than that, very happy.

    Microwave is good and does it job. No fault of GE, but I did not give it a full 5 star because the product had some damage when it was arrived and installed. Best Buy did give me some credit for the damaged item.

    We bought this unit months ago, and it has never disappointed us. Little heavy to mount above our stove, but then most of them are. Good power on the unit- cooks/reheats quickly and evenly. We use this as much if not more than our regular oven to cook foods. Good features on the control panel, thought we haven't even tried all of them to be honest.

    I wish the keypad was more touch sensitive and I wish that the surface light was brighter and accepted LED bulbs. Our old microwave had two bulb sockets and accepted LEDs. Don’t know where this new model went wrong. Otherwise works great! Fan is pretty quiet.
