This microwave has all of the standard features and is a good size for use in the kitchen of a typical family kitchen. The appearance is good, it is easy to clean and keep looking good, and it cooks a variety of foods well. We had intermittent problems with the door switches with the brand new unit. Geek Squad was able to correct them with an after-installation visit, but it seems clear that the way that the door switches operate make the microwave prone to this kind of problem.

We love our new microwave. We liked our older one (same brand same size) and this one works GREAT! Install was very easy and it looks great in our kitchen.

Happy with my purchase, solidly built and same size as my old microwave and great price ($269). The Best Buy installer was friendly and did a great job putting in my microwave. The keyboard take a little while to get use to, you set time in minutes only. Exhaust Vent is a little noisy when on High. Surface light is bright on this model is more than adequate.

Bought this microwave to replace another GE model a year older that didn't last. This one is a definite upgrade with more features and nicer overall build despite being similar in price. I do like that I can turn the volume down and that the automatic sensing functions seem to work well so far. The real test will be to see if it can last longer than 18 months. The only reason I bought another GE was to keep it matching my range.

We have had our microwave installed less than a month. At this time it is working very well. It is slightly louder that our prior ten year old model (not GE). But not annoyingly loud. I thought I would miss my stainless interior, but so far the white interior is pleasant to look at and wipes clean. The one thing that my husband loves, is the popcorn efficiency. We experience very few unpopped kernels.

My first over the range microwave purchase and I like it so far. I had Best Buy install it and the installer did a great job. This microwave comes with many cook options and fits very well in the space above my range and I also have more countertop space.

I stopped at your store in Roseville, to pay my bill. At that time, I questioned the discounts on my recent purchase. He explained that because it was a more complex installation there would be a charge. When ordering the new Micro, the dimensions were supposed to be the same; however, it was almost 2" larger all around. The installer also agreed that the dimensions should have been the same. I had no choice but to have the one installed as the old one was already removed. Also, I did suggest that the installers bring a vacuum instead of just a mini dustpan and a small brush to clean up the never-ending sawdust. I had to use an Over the shoulder vac to clean the over the range cabinets; and although I have a daily cleanup on my range. It's an everyday chore. The guys were nice; but as I was the 9th of 11 installations that day, they were in a hurry. As I am a Best Buy Customer for years; I had anticipated delivery/installation discount. I was told at the store that someone would be CALLING me, but this is the only correspondents I received. Thus, the reason for this review.

Very pleased with this microwave. One small negative is the soft grating noise the turntable makes when a mug, bowl, or plate is on it & it is rotating, of course you could turn the turntable off. It was easy for 2 adult females to install. The previous hinge for old microwave was used. A new hole had to be made for the cord because the old hole wasn’t in the correct position. Love the look of it but it is not fingerprint resistant.

It fits my kitchen perfectly and has all of the features I wanted. Also the price was great!!
