Delivered on Jan 14th still no plate what a joke. I would never recommend buying anything from Best But

sprayed water and vinegar in it to clean and it broke... only 1 year old

waiting 3 weeks so far. you are blaming the manufacturer. not sure I believe you.

My GE microwave from 2006 was much better than this. The buttons are terrible and literally creak. Why do my buttons creek? So annoying. The fan turns on when you start microwaving anything, also super annoying. The door is cheap, the unit is loud, there isn’t as much sound dampening as there should be. Shouldn’t appliances get better over time, not worse?

This microwave was inexpensive compared to others we looked at but has all the options we wanted and found in other more expensive microwaves. It works great and we are very happy with it.

I am enjoying the sleek design and features of my new microwave. It warms up and cooks things very quickly.

Easy install with same mounting details used on my 2002 GE Eterna. Beautiful unit and works well. I did not understand why the owners manual shows two grease filters on bottom of unit while my unit has no such filters and no place that I can see for grease filters. Also the installer did not rotate my blower to blow out the front and I do not know if that is an absolute necessity or not as there seems to be a good flow of air, I do not like that there is a very expensive charcoal filter that is supposed to be replaced every months.

This is a great product! highly recommend form your next upgrade!

Love this microwave. Our other microwave was black the space was so dark, but now with the stainless steel you do not know it is there. The features are great and the inside is very roomy. Was very easy to install, the screw holes and brackets fit perfect with the one we removed. Shipped fast and curb side pick up was a breeze.

Overall it's a good oven. I've had it for a year and nothing has gone wrong performed fine. Big drawback for me is the control panel plastic scratches very easily even though I only use cloth on it. Also like all stainless steel it's hard to keep looking clean. I wish I had gone with always appliances . Functionally the most irritating part is if you leave cooking time on it it thinks there's food in there and forces you to open the door before you can proceed with extra heating. Also I wish the timer on off button was in a different place because I keep hitting it instead of the add 30 second button.

So far so good. Had it about a month now. Looks great, works properly and install was on time and amazing. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

This is a beautiful microwave with many features and easy to handle the installation as everything was supplied. I was able to get this to replaced a Kenmore that stop working after over 15 years of usage and this GE was the best I could find in a hurry at a fantastic price. I hope it will last as long as my old one. The buttons are "push" buttons not the sensitive ones I had on the old one and the door doesn't seem to be as sturdy... but for the price I can't ask for anything else for now.

Excellent features and size for the price. It has all the features I could ask for in a microwave. Easy to install.

This is our fourth GE 1.7 cu.ft. over-the-range microwave in 40 years. They are dependable and meet all of our needs.

I received my GE microwave today - 4/3/226 - and it is damaged. The installer noted this and set up an order to replace it. I waited 6-weeks for the original microwave and I hope the next one won't take that long.
