Our LG microwave died and we had to replace it. I believe microwaves are one of the least interesting things to shop for. You know they’re all going to do basically the same job, and none of the features are all that exciting. I ended up choosing this unit because it was an open box in our local store, but we were pleasantly surprised when we got it installed and started using it. It’s much quieter than our old unit and seems to cook faster as well. overall, it seems like a very well designed unit and we’re way happier with change than expected.

Really like how it looks and operates. A little different from my older GE that died, but am learning. Just wish an operators manual came with it. I assume there may be one online, just haven't looked for it yet. Had to replace it just before Christmas with company coming, was so happy it was available for pickup so quickly and when our Best Buy 70 miles away said it would be. Price was very competitive with other places.

Our microwave has been a warrior, especially in this day and age, where we "Nuke" almost everything! Our unit hit a snag, the keypad was "non-communicato"! It's a GE, let's replace the broken touch pad! The part was $282 and it was refurbished! Got a brand new direct replacement for $300 AND they delivered it to our home for free! Install took about 45 minutes, but nothing major! I hope it will be this easy for you!

I picked this microwave because of it's sleek look and simple options. So far I have been very pleased. I especially like the finish. It doesn't show fingerprints.

Bought the floor model. Works very nice, easy to understand. Set up and installation very easy.

After at least 14 years my prior microwave just gave out. Replaced it with identical updated brand and model in white to match other kitchen Appliances. the crew installing it worked together like a well oiled machine. What would we do without microwaves anymore?!

I really like this microwave. It has quick minute buttons. It also is large enough to get a big meal or more than 1 plate in when reheating food.

Microwave came in stock sooner than planned and installation was scheduled promptly. Installer arrived on time; removed old unit and installed new one quickly. He set clock and did a test before leaving. Microwave is very nice upgrade to my old unit...great features and overall look. Nice bright clock, surface light, and 2 speed vent were must haves that this unit includes. Looking forward to trying the sensor cooking feature also. Great buy and service!

A great looking over the range microwave with sufficient power and features. This oven is a bit more noisy when cooking than my older GE but nothing absurd. Had to use the new mounting bracket and the top hole placements where different which was a bit frustrating given i had GE before this.

Purchased this as a replacement for the exact same model. Unfortunately the first one lasted only four years however we liked the functionality and wanted to insure the unit would fit properly. Best Buy provided the best price and delivered the unit to our home on the day promised.

Purchase was easy, item ready on time. I was helped into my car with the very large box, thank you. Man who helped me was very courteous, which was lovely. The microwave is almost the same as the one being replaced, so no learning curve. Me other lasted 17 years so that’s super.

The new microwave looks sleek and nice. However, it is not user friendly. It has two major problems. 1. The vent fan often starts automatically when I close the microwave, and the light remains on, but it does not cook or reheat, unless I shut it close really hard. Then it will function normal. 2. When the food is done, there is no sound indication to remind you that food is ready. 3. The exhaust fan has two levels, even at the lower level it makes very loud noise, which makes it impossibe to talk at the kitchen. Had I known, I would have purchased Kenmore, the brand I had before.

So far so good, good size, power and price. Now if it just lasts more than a year would be good. Last one burnt out in just over a year.

We replaced a 4 year old GE microwave with this microwave, (both have the same model number) mainly because we believed it would be a straight swap and no change of the support, upper cabinet screws and the power cord would all be the same. Well, of course, none of that was true. Had to replace the wall support (drilling new holes for screws and mollie bolts), drill new holes in upper cabinet and a new large hole for the power cord. Very frustrating. The fan is also different and careful attention must be given to the directions depending on whether you have an outside or inside exhaust. This micro seems to be a little cheaper build compared to the old one. But it does have a larger turntable which is nice. Works like a microwave - heats things up. Hope it lasts longer than the last one. If it doesn’t, this is the last GE appliance we will ever buy.

So many features that enhance your cooking experience. Sensors that determine when your food is cooked perfectly. Just put it in and you're done.

After a few glitches with the wrong size being ordered (partly my fault) we got the wrong one returned and ordered the new one. My biggest complaint is that it took over 2 mos to get my money refunded and we ended up just using the credit towards another purchase. Microwave itself is beautiful and works well. Point off for the nightmare getting my refund.

This is a great microwave. I love the new size because it fits the space perfectly. it is quiet and efficient.

This microwave model was listed as the top model in the wire cutter.com review and it has proven to be performing as they rated it. It is great in every way - works well, performs perfectly.

I ordered this one because it was the same one I had. Wasn't happy with the way they changed the screw holes to hold under cabinet. I had to cut tile and remove wood to make it fit instead of 1/2 hour install it took hours. when they change things they should explain it.
