We purchased a new Condo. We moved in and realized we don't have a Microwave oven. It had a range hood over the stove that we could replace. I went on line to the Best Buy site and fount this deal right away. For the money this GE had more features than units costing much more. I looked at other sites and by far this price could not be beat. We picked it up at the store in the morning and my wife and I had it installed in about three hours.

We had the previous version of this and loved it till it just died one night after many many many years of use a complete upgrade

Second GE microwave I've purchased, The first lasted more than 20 years. Installation is very straight forward and simple (unless you decide on outdoor venting, a little more difficult). The control panel layout is a bit different but simple enough. I had a little difficulty getting an employee of BB when I entered the store, I almost decided to leave the store but I ran into employee on my way to the door.

Everything works really well. The door sounds cheap when it closes. Wasn't easy to install. Was a replacement for an older model. None of the mounting was the same.

Our LG microwave died and we had to replace it. I believe microwaves are one of the least interesting things to shop for. You know they’re all going to do basically the same job, and none of the features are all that exciting. I ended up choosing this unit because it was an open box in our local store, but we were pleasantly surprised when we got it installed and started using it. It’s much quieter than our old unit and seems to cook faster as well. overall, it seems like a very well designed unit and we’re way happier with change than expected.

It is easy to use ,looks nice in the kitchen ,and heats the food at the right levels.

I picked this microwave because of it's sleek look and simple options. So far I have been very pleased. I especially like the finish. It doesn't show fingerprints.

Would like a larger turntable and more solid door which dosent sound so tinny. Otherwise it is a good buy for the money Easy to clean interior. Very pleased with controls and great overall cooking operation.

I like the touch button features which make it easy to warm up food or liquids. The light feature and fan both are great additions. What I was surprised to find was that I could mute the sound so that I do not get the 3 loud beeps when something is ready. I also like the turntable which is easy to clean and easy to put back in place.

Bought the floor model. Works very nice, easy to understand. Set up and installation very easy.

I really like this microwave. It has quick minute buttons. It also is large enough to get a big meal or more than 1 plate in when reheating food.

We have always loved this microwave, but after 6 years had to purchase this product again because the door handle came off which is why it is 4 stars not 5.

Microwave came in stock sooner than planned and installation was scheduled promptly. Installer arrived on time; removed old unit and installed new one quickly. He set clock and did a test before leaving. Microwave is very nice upgrade to my old unit...great features and overall look. Nice bright clock, surface light, and 2 speed vent were must haves that this unit includes. Looking forward to trying the sensor cooking feature also. Great buy and service!

So far so good, installed very quickly and efficiently. Seems to work fine. The only surprise was the thin layer of plastic covering the control panel, which I didn't see at first. It pulled off, but there was no mention of doing so in the instructions that I could see.

After at least 14 years my prior microwave just gave out. Replaced it with identical updated brand and model in white to match other kitchen Appliances. the crew installing it worked together like a well oiled machine. What would we do without microwaves anymore?!

The new microwave looks sleek and nice. However, it is not user friendly. It has two major problems. 1. The vent fan often starts automatically when I close the microwave, and the light remains on, but it does not cook or reheat, unless I shut it close really hard. Then it will function normal. 2. When the food is done, there is no sound indication to remind you that food is ready. 3. The exhaust fan has two levels, even at the lower level it makes very loud noise, which makes it impossibe to talk at the kitchen. Had I known, I would have purchased Kenmore, the brand I had before.
