This product is fine. Your system is NOT. This is the third or fourth time you have asked me for my opinion. Your delivery procedures are terrible, although your actual physical delivery was fine. You will likely not read this, and just look at the stars. That is OK for the product - I have an identical one myself, but not for Best Buy. I am reluctant to use your services again.

This was a replacement to a previous over the range unit. We were advised that the new unit usually mounts to the same back bracket. It did so installation was fairly easy.

Even though I was after a stainless steel , I believe I like the black stainless better. This Micro has all the convinces I was looking for easy to install, easy to operate, has melt as well as reheat.

Best Buy had exactly what we needed. The product was perfect for our needs. They also had an installation service that was easily scheduled and well trained. They removed our old machine, which was very heavy. Overall, a great transaction!

Got this as a replacement for GE microwave jvm1870sf02 ( 1.8 cu. ft.). Looks great, works well. Fits perfectly in the dimensions to replace the old microwave. However, the mounting templates and required hardware are completely different and requires reconfiguring and drilling of holes. Overall satisfied with the product.

Great microwave and it was easy to install it over my range. It is a perfect replacement of my old one and the bolts positions are the same too.

While we've only had this microwave over for about a month, so far, it's been great! It looks really good, has loads of interior space, is easy to clean, has a 30 second heating button, which is great for reheating a cup of coffee (mine always gets cold before I finish the cup), express setting for up to 5 minutes and using the microwave is very intuitive--no complicated instructions. This will be the 3rd microwave oven we've had since moving into our house and it is, by far, our favorite. Additionally, we purchased the microwave on sale and it was very reasonably priced .

Perfect unit for our kitchen! Fit perfectly within our kitchen wall nook and it is quiet, convenient, and easy to warm items quickly.

This microwave was easy to install and has plenty of great features! The selection buttons are easy to read and navigate. The exterior has a sleek finish and a large sturdy handle for opening and closing. We purchased this unit to replace an earlier GE model that gave us many years of great service, and we hope that this unit will perform the same. It was nice that it used the same mounting template design, which allowed for a simple installation. The blower fans came in the vent-upward position, but for our application, they were easy to move to the vent-forward position using the instructions provided.

This microwave was super easy to install and is very easy to use. It has a very easy to understand control panel and works great. Highly recommended for anyone needing to install a new one.

Great microwave after my older one went out. More modern and quiet.

We needed to replace the microwave we have had for 5 years. We were concerned that we wouldn't be able to find the exact model, but Shawn Campbell at the Best Buy in Greenwood, IN found it for us!

Happy with my purchase, solidly built and same size as my old microwave and great price ($269). The Best Buy installer was friendly and did a great job putting in my microwave. The keyboard take a little while to get use to, you set time in minutes only. Exhaust Vent is a little noisy when on High. Surface light is bright on this model is more than adequate.

This took very little adjusting to get use to. The controls are pretty self explanatory. The defrost settings work well. The power levels were a bit stronger than my older one. No problems.
