It looks good and works just like a microwave should. I didn't think I was going to like keypad layout, but I bought it anyway because it was the biggest internal size that would fit our opening. However, turns out we all love the new keypad design. It is very user friendly and makes for a much more intuitive experience. I like this unit and would recommend.

I liked the one that was in the home I bought but it stopped working shortly after we moved in so when we went to best buy we wanted something similar to what we had. I'm still very satisfied with the brand and the features. My popcorn has never popped so perfectly and my food is warmed up more evenly than with other brands.

Quality of the door, buttons etc. seems to be cheap China. I replaced this with an Advanteum model and it was much better.

However, in the first two weeks or so, the magnetron was extremely loud and the fans were almost silent. It wasn't until the fans seem to get some use that the noises started to sort of balance out. The microwave itself is powerful and the premade setting do come in handy.

I found that Best Buy had the product I wanted in the finish that fit our kitchen. Best Buy had an attractive price. I ordered it on-line, and it was delivered to the store at no charge. When I picked it up, the staff were very helpful in bringing it to my car and helping me load it. Kudos to Best Buy.
