We were able to use the same mounting bracket for the new model, which was what we hoped for as well. The microwave works well. We wish the surface light had a timer feature like our old one. That's the only feature we miss, otherwise it is as expected. We hope this one lasts another 10+years!

We replaced a 10 year old over the range microwave with this unit. Installation was easy since it for our old minting bracket and holes. It is much quieter than our previous whirlpool and seems to heat food evenly.

We ordered a fridge first. We got it in Slate. We liked this color, it worked with our kitchen upgrade. We ordered a stove and microwave next. Stove was available within a week. Microwave took 3 months because of Covid shutting down manufacturing. We got it in November and are happy with it.

I tried to get Best Buy to fix it but they didn’t call when they were supposed to. The unit is good but the job is not.

This unit does not have all of the functionality of the previous unit, but we caught it a great sale and for the price it was a steal. Haven't tried the sensor mode yet, so that may raise the rating if it works as advertised.
