Was glad to see that Best Buy also had the best and only availability for this microwave.worked and looked perfect.

The size of this microwave is bigger than my last, but the glass tray is alot smaller. But, overall works nicely.

I needed an over the range microwave to replace an older unit that kept having door lock mechanism issues, and wasn't worth the cost to repair. The rest of my appliances are stainless, and I get tired of having to clean them, so decided to try this color. The slate finish looks great with my normal stainless, and is much easier to keep clean. The exhaust fan is very strong, and does its job well. I can tell the door lock mechanism is a much better design than on my old model, so I expect this to work for a long time.

Last GE lasted only 5 years but bought lowest quality one thinking there all the same. Moved up a little on this model. Door works better than last one and a little quieter. Hopefully last longer. Another reason I went with GE is for simple install to match old one, but they had to drill new holes.

Excellent features. Similar to the GE model we had previously. Installation crew was very good and explained the features.

It works really well and has various features which are helpful. It has a timer which can be set and still microwave food simultaneously. The feature of alarm is not obnoxiously loud and remainder is just one beep every few seconds. Cleans easily.

It gets the job done. Got this for my parents as they needed a microwave that was easy to understand. Took them a couple of tries bc the microwave is smart. You need to open the door, put the item in, close the door and then put the time. Parents were use to: put the time first, put the item inside, close door and hit start. Once how to use it was figured out it all became very easy. Totally recommend this microwave. It does what it’s meant to do.

Got this to replace old GE microwave unit and so far very happy. Very easy to replace with all the same brackets & wiring holes.

GE sent a repairman. He couldn't fix it and had to order parts , which would come in a week and he would return to fix it. They then called us to say that one of the parts wouldn't be ready till the middle of February. We called them and made a big stink. They sent us a new unit and installed it. It wouldn't work. They sent another repairman and he fixed it. It now works, but we were without an oven for a very long time.

A handsome addition to our kitchen and works beautifully. We are thoroughly enjoying it.

This microwave works great. The looks of this microwave could be a little more modern but all in all a very nice microwave

My old microwave died after many years of use. I went for a new one that was senior friendly, sensors for cooking and easy to use. Love it!
