I got this microwave as a gift for my mother. She need it a new one because the 1 that she has broke and she can live without it. She was really happy with the all process of delivery and installation and how everything was done on time.

It's bigger than what I expected which works out great for larger containers. The stainless is easy to keep looking fantastic. The controls are user friendly. The installation was well worth the cost. It was a great buy.

I bought the same brand that I was replacing. All cabinet mounting holes matched except for where the power cord was located. Had to drill a new hole for it. Hope it last as long as the old one 16 years.

I was Saddened by the sudden loss of our previous GE due to a power surge. I stayed with GE because I got 12 years out of my last one. And as typical GE fashion the new one works phenomenally well and is easy to use and has made my life easier.

I really like this microwave. The color is perfect and matches the refrigerator that we already have. It also seems to be very powerful. I thought that the inside does seem small but it really is not that issue at all.

Easy to use and multiple options to choose from when heating different types of foods

We bought this as a replacement for our Cafe Series GE Microwave. We wanted another cafe series but the agent advised us that if we are not going to use the convection option this one is a very reliable and just as good. It is worth the price and so far we are loving it!

Very nice unit that replaced an older GE unit. Relatively easy to install but be sure you read the instructions on how to direct the exhaust blower (easy to do). The new unit fit exactly and looks very nice.

Love the easy one touch button's. 1-5 min. So if you want 3 min just press 3 and so on. Gave a 4 out of 5 only because of the tin sound when the door is opened and closed, could be made better.

I recently had to replace my old model GE microwave with this new model. Great touch display and the stainless steel around the whole front gives the kitchen a very elegant finish! When turned on, is it very silent and smooth! Great purchase for what you pay.

Good product with good features without going overboard. Like the speed cook feature and 2 stage surface light. Controls could be arranged in a more sequence oriented way. Takes getting used to after years of using other models.

A replacement unit for our 15 year old microwave. It's essentially the same machine as the old one with some slight up to date tweaks and it's stainless steel rather than white which gives our kitchen an updated look as well. Very happy!

I got this microwave on an open box deal. I love it! The slate color is beautiful too. I have priced it other places and got a fantastic deal here. It isn't as high a wattage as my other one but thats not a problem - just be aware of the wattage if you buy one.

I have had this microwave for less than a month. It is very easy to use.

This was purchased to replace our old GE over the ook-top microwave which was 42 inches wide. Because it is only 36' wide we got the extension panels, The installer disn't seem to want to install the side panels.
