    The microwave was damaged when the installer put it in place. The door was warped. It also sounds like a lawnmower. Very loud and harsh. We have been waiting for another to be delivered since they are out of stock. The wait time is a month.

    I wanted better quality and would happily paid more. I may have been swayed by sales person. The door is very noisy when opening/ closing. The letter/ number pad is hard to work with...must try more than once to get a reaction It does its job heating food
