This microwave is nice looking and has some nice features but is much smaller than I thought. My last one was only .1 cubic feet bigger but somehow the turntable in this is half the size of my old one. Disappointed in that part.

Finally purchased the slate microwave to match my range cuz it was on sale & once we mounted it up, the door closes crooked. I’d love to return it, but my husband doesn’t want to hassle with taking it down & having to put up another one

I used the microwave twice before it stopped working. It would no longer turn on at all. A tech came out and informed me, before even opening the unit, that this model has an issue with the fan blowing in the wrong direction so it does not cool the inside parts properly which causes it to overheat. GE has been contacted by multiple repair shops and technicians about the issue, but are told it is user error. Best Buy and GE's certified repair folks are wonderful, but the product itself is not made to last.

Ordered open box in excellent condition. Description said it would include original packaging and all parts. The product came wrapped in bubble wrap (which should have been our first clue) and once home and unwrapped, included none of the mounting parts. Customer service and geek squad were unhelpful in obtaining the necessary parts. Will need to drive an hour back to the store for a return. Don't recommend buying open box.

The installation was bad, the two holes on top of the cabinet not matching the holes on microwave. The screw was crooked not in straight. The guy installed it tested our new microwave when there is nothing inside, which might damage the inside part.
Door not in line, strange sound when open the door after two weeks said not returnable.
It is normal to have a small amount of play to the door (up or down) approximately 1/8".
