When you turn on the exhaust fan, it had an unbearable whistling sound. We were told by the installer that they all did that. I said, nope!
We were also told that one from another manufacturer would be quieter so we bought the LG. Our rating is already posted for that unit.

Replaced unit with the same model had the original one for 10 years, was very happy with it.

Worthless product! Had for just over 2 years and it quit working. A lot of money for only 2 years worth. Called Geek Squad and they are unwilling to help figure out what needs to be done to get it working.

Very loud and high pitched fan. By loud I mean really really loud. Louder than any other vent fan I've heard. And it comes on whenever you microwave. I'd stay away from this one.

Zero stars! The vent fan didn’t work from day one. And tonight the microwave just quit completely. We’re completely disappointed, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointed, had this GE microwave one year and one month and it just stopped lights went out and something smelled hot. Not working at all.

my microwave has quit working it is only 4 months old they are coming tomorrow to see if they can fix it don't know yet what is covered and what it will cost me may need to buy another microwave it will not be this ge brand

The microwave was to be delivered & installed 6 days ago. BB has not been able to reschedule yet, has never contacted me - I have had to make calls to check on the status.

Stopped working after one week. Repaired under warranty and has died once again. I got a lemon.
