Great microwave at an awesome price. Easy to install and just works. Wish there was a paper manual in the box but other than that looks really modern and works nice.

Good Microwave but the door keeps coming off. The first time it cost me $225.00 to replace the cheap door handle and 2 years later the door handle broke again and now the price of the door handle has gone up $30. This door handle breaks every year or two and is super cheap and just the handle alone before installation is $185.00 in 2021 for a cheap plastic handle. So disappointed in GE

The first one I bought I had to take back within a couple of weeks the second one they brought they had to take back within a week the third when they brought seems to be working but the front lights flicker call Dan Bestbuy said it was over a year old that I had a contact GE I didn’t bother

Purchased this microwave and learned that, even though I had owned the equivalent model with the exact same dimensions and even though I checked the dimensions against the Best Buy site, the hinge has been changed on this version. If you ever want to open the door to your microwave without damaging the cabinet next to it or having to open another cabinet door every time you use the microwave, see it in store and measure carefully.

I purchased this microwave in June 2020 and it has stopped work. It appears that the magnetron has gone bad already. It worked fine for 4 years!

Our previous GE Microwave oven lasted many years so we decided to stick with GE. That was a mistake. I took a day off from work so it could be delivered/installed. Soon as the installer left I put a cup of tea in and hit beverage. The beeps that followed sounded different than our old unit. I looked at the display and it said sensor failure. The sensor is a feature we don't need and didn't want but with supply chain issues the available units had it. Now I have to take another day off from work to let GE come in and see the problem. I asked Paula at 800.432.2737 if the technician would have the parts necessary to repair it. The response was no. I guess I'll be taking a third day off from work for this GE piece of junk. I'm sticking with LG from now on. Haven't had an issue with my refrigerator, washer or dryer.
