Have had it for about a month now and warms up the food nicely. Was fairly easy to install and looks good. Replaced my GE Profile with this microwave and seemed like it was the perfect replacement.

I bought this microwave off the shelf (discounted price) it was dented but I was putting it in between 2 cabinets so it didn’t matter to me. But it works great I would pay full price to replace it it’s worth it.

Great microwave but could be better. Exhaust is not that strong. Door handle broke after 2 years. Since I had an extended warranty, I was glad I was able to get the unit replaced. I originally tried to get the door handle replaced, but found out later they would replace the whole unit since I had Geek Squad. Glad that I bought Geek Squad! Picked this unit because it went with the range we got.

We replaced our GE profile 36" with this 30". GE no longer makes the larger units. We loved the features and reliability of our GE. This new microwave looks awesome and works perfectly. It has a lot of great features and was reasonably priced.

I purchased this to replace the same model I had this one is quieter easy to install.

The guys from Best Buy that installed my microwave were fantastic!! Besides being thoroughly professional, they were very nice and friendly. I'd hire them any time!

I love this thing. Works excellent, 1-touch for minutes and thirty second intervals make it super convenient. Use it multiple times daily, going on 4 months with no issues. Fan and stovetop light work great as well.

Easy installation. Microwave works great, many built in features. Overall very happy with our purchase.

This is one nice looking microwave and is not too loud. One minor issue thought for me is it takes on finger marks quite easily

Microwave does not have the same high wattage as previous one, nor does it have as large a volume inside. Delivery & installation was painless, installers were very professional and experienced, done in 15 minutes or less!

It works fine but feels kind of plastic and hollow sounding. We were replacing a GE Profile with induction that burned out after only 5 or 6 years. Hopefully this one lasts longer. But the cost on sale made it affordable. I will say, though, that the guys installing it were really kind and professional.

I love this microwave, it's quiet and works well. It's easy to clean off the front as well.

This microwave replaced a previous GE unit. Installation was fairly easy and was able to reuse the original wall mount. Unfortunately when it was first turned on, there was a horrible loud buzzing noise that was only present when cooking (not the turn table motor), Called service, they sent out a tech and he ordered a new power transformer. He installed it and now is nice and quiet. The transformer was buzzing because it was manufactured incorrectly and the metal plates were loose. Doesn't say too much for GE quality control.

This was my first time to install an over-the-range microwave. And it could not have been easier. There are plenty of features that are included on this microwave. I have not use them all, but those that I have worked beautifully.
