We had a similar one with convection oven and found no use for a convection option, so buying this model was a logical choice. We only used it for a few weeks, so it's hard to tell how it will serve us in a long run, but so far so good.

Also, they said nothing was wrong with the microwave, but there were a couple of scratches and a small dent. I chalked it up to getting a good deal, and not expecting perfection.

The only tiny downside is I couldn't keep the turntable from the old microwave. It was the standard size and was too big to fit in this one. We would have used it as a spare.

He told me He had not installed this before; unboxed everything in my kitchen. Had to drill some holes-did not clean up after his mess. My granddaughters were here and told me he was making a mess of the kitchen!

Heats up food pretty quickly. It’s a bit of a smaller design by 2 or 3 inches to most over the range microwaves which is the reason that I got this particular microwave.

This one does not give me the same happy feeling as the previous one. I think GE has lost it’s sense of quality.
