Basically the microwave is fine but the door does not seem to be aligned properly.

Good microwave. Matches black stainless with other manufactures well. Lack of 5 stars due to halogen over stove light vs. LED. Creates too much heat and uses more power than should in this market.

Excellent. The minor improvements in the carousel and door function are greatly appreciated. It is somewhat noisier than previous model.

Our old over the range microwave stopped working so we were glad to get this new one after waiting a month for the install it's a newer version and we like it very much

The first microwave we ordered arrived at the store damaged, which is the reason for the four stars. The second one was as expected and works great. Love the Slate color and hope to upgrade the dishwasher and refrigerator to the same color in the not too distance future.

My GE microwave got damaged and didn’t cook. Only the light worked. Bought another GE over the range microwave that fits perfectly, the controls are almost the same as the other one. The people at Best Buy helped us a lot in choosing the one perfect for our needs. Thank you, Best Buy!

We replaced our GE microwave that was the same, except it was 21 years older. It was used daily by 45 nurses and the replacement needed to be just as tough. The nurses gave me their seal of approval with this machine.

We love our GE Microwave. We bought this model because we had one previously that was similar, so it was very convenient to install after removing the other one. I like the fact that it has the express cook option by pushing just a single button for times from 30 sec. to 6 minutes.

Great value! We are super happy with it. We thought we were just upgrading from black to stainless but this microwave is smart! You will never make burnt popcorn again!

Haven't used it for much except heating coffee and cooking frozen veggies, but seems to work well.

So far so good although heating is a bit weaker than prior similar model

overall, i like the microwave so far, but it didn’t come with a filter?? how am i going to purchase this and have it ready to be used when it doesn’t come with a filter. makes no sense!

like the microwave very much -- wish there was the ability to change the intensity since it doesn't always heat through efficiently -- there is no ability to do that on this microwave

Pros : -It does what I need a microwave to do. -Popcorn Button Works -Black Stainless Steel is a slick color -Best Buy Installation went smoothly Cons : -Finding this model in Best Buy that I can touch and feel was difficult. It took a while, but I found one eventually.

My previous GE microwave fief snd this one this right on time. I was able to get it at a good price and it was available to pick up for purchase.

A good microwave, not top of the line, looks good and does all the functions needed for every day use. Smaller than the one it replaced which will not be a problem in 95% of the time used. I have used it now for just under a month.

The microwave looks good and works well. It has inbuilt exhaust which works better than the one I had earlier.
