    I love the features of this microwave, but 2 times now the magnetron has gone out and it just quits heating. Cannot recommend it since unreliable.

    The turn circle plastic inside the Microwave moves out all the time and you need to adjust the glass try. very annoying.

    The microwave was damaged when the installer put it in place. The door was warped. It also sounds like a lawnmower. Very loud and harsh. We have been waiting for another to be delivered since they are out of stock. The wait time is a month.

    We always buy GE because we liked our other one and it lasted 15 years. It was also a 1.7 CU. Ft. but this one seems to be a bit smaller as the old plate won't even come close to letting the door close. But we love it anyway. have always bought GE
