It has been a great product to use. installation was easy as well by following the instructions that came with the unit. Our previous microwave was a counter top unit, so we had to install the wall mounting bracket, which was not hard to do.

It is easy to use, and cooks to expectation. The display is easy to follow and easy to use. It looks great in my kitchen, and matches the other appliances. The installers were very diligent and professional. They did a great job of installing the microwave.

Could spend more, could spend less but I think this is a great middle ground. Installation as a replacement for an existing GE microwave required new drilling and anchors which was a bit disappointing but wasn't too bad. I had hoped for a fit in the same mounting location.

I liked the one that was in the home I bought but it stopped working shortly after we moved in so when we went to best buy we wanted something similar to what we had. I'm still very satisfied with the brand and the features. My popcorn has never popped so perfectly and my food is warmed up more evenly than with other brands.
