This microwave is a great upgrade the replaced our old GE. We had a long delivery delay, but well worth it

The size of this microwave is bigger than my last, but the glass tray is alot smaller. But, overall works nicely.

It gets the job done. Got this for my parents as they needed a microwave that was easy to understand. Took them a couple of tries bc the microwave is smart. You need to open the door, put the item in, close the door and then put the time. Parents were use to: put the time first, put the item inside, close door and hit start. Once how to use it was figured out it all became very easy. Totally recommend this microwave. It does what it’s meant to do.

Yes, I would I buy again. So we've had it about a month now and it works well. Looks great on the outside. Inside is basic- maybe standard is a better word, but it wasn't worth it to me to spend more for the upgraded interior. Like the controls. fan is good. install was straight forward - no problems. and it cooks well. Feels solid. A stupid thing, but I like that it just has the logo emblem on the outside and not the name written across the front.

Easy to use. Looks good. You have to be careful to push the door closed all the way gently.

Love my new microwave. It does everything it suppose to do and it’s so easy to operate. My old one the door was difficult to open sometimes I thought the door would fall off before I got it open. This one is a breeze. I’m so pleased the delivery and installation from Best Buy was seamless.

Seems to run great, door isn't as noisy as my other microwave. One thing I dont like is where the light is. It's in the back and unless you cook at the back of your stove, you'll like it, not enough light for the front of stove (if you have the microwave above your stove)

I needed an over the range microwave to replace an older unit that kept having door lock mechanism issues, and wasn't worth the cost to repair. The rest of my appliances are stainless, and I get tired of having to clean them, so decided to try this color. The slate finish looks great with my normal stainless, and is much easier to keep clean. The exhaust fan is very strong, and does its job well. I can tell the door lock mechanism is a much better design than on my old model, so I expect this to work for a long time.

My old microwave died after many years of use. I went for a new one that was senior friendly, sensors for cooking and easy to use. Love it!

GE sent a repairman. He couldn't fix it and had to order parts , which would come in a week and he would return to fix it. They then called us to say that one of the parts wouldn't be ready till the middle of February. We called them and made a big stink. They sent us a new unit and installed it. It wouldn't work. They sent another repairman and he fixed it. It now works, but we were without an oven for a very long time.

Great microwave easy to use efficient good looking

This microwave fits perfectly into the space of the old one. Works basically the same as old GE except buttons scrambled in placement. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Really enjoy this microwave. Do have to get used to the angle which you pull the handle to open it, must pull straight out which takes getting used to depending on the height it's installed. Other issue like many microwaves, the power level is accomplished by full power followed by no power. This results in potential boil over during the full power before going to no power. I have had microwaves where it seems to continuously do the selected power, for example 50%, the entire time.

I like the brand and white color. It’s easy to clean and use.

Very good microwave. Works great and easy to use. Love that there is no annoying ear piercing beeping when timer ends. Would give it five stars if it weren't for the baseball size dent it came with in the lower back side of the unit. Out of site when installing as hidden by cabinet. Not sure if it was GE's or Best Buy's fault. Decided to keep it and avoid the hassle of returning it and being without a microwave for another two weeks.

Good microwave easy to install, good features and heats up food fast.

The stainless steel looks very luxurious on a tight budget. It does what it says it will do, cooks evenly and thoroughly.

Works as it should and was easy to install. Color is and exact match to our other ge appliances. Sensor for when something isn’t in the microwave is nice as well
