We are pretty happy with this microwave. It offers a lot for the money. It is much more powerful, and hence faster, than my previous one and seems to be a good value for the price. The only thing I'm not happy with is that the keypad is not lit. So, at night, it's sometimes hard to see what you're pressing. Other than that, all is well and I'd recommend it.

I am glad I made this purchase. It is easy to use and to keep clean.

Weird thumping sound when the microwave plate is spinning. Weird power-like surge at the end of the heating, warming, and defrost cycle. Not sure what that’s about but it doesn’t seem to affect use of product

We really like it! When we make a bag of popcorn in the microwave, it seems to pop almost all of the kernals. When I push the "Popcorn" button, it sometimes isn't enough to pop all of the kernals so I add an additional 30 seconds sometimes.

This microwave does everything you need a microwave to do. It’s not fancy, but it works great and is easy to install.

We needed a replacement for an old unit that stopped working. This was very easy to install with the templates and instructions provided. It works great, and the sensor cooking is better than on our old one.

The GE microwave works good. I use it for the basic. The price is not expensive, but stainless steel finish is cheap. I would appreciate a better finish.

Satisfied with its operation and lighting; however, the door is very noisy to close which is why I did not give it an "excellent" rating. The price is "user friendly" for the features it offers.

We wanted a basic microwave and this delivered. No complaints so far relative to performance. I do wish the menu options were easier to navigate. The last GE microwave we owned had a larger screen for text so you could see more menu options as once. The price was a big driver for us and it had a very competitive sale price.

Works as expected. Our previous GE microwave lasted about 15 years ! Although the old mounts were not an exact match it was not difficult to self install this new model. The LED lighting is large and bright so we turned off the timer display. So far all is good. I would recommend this model to anyone.

This unit is a very low cost product. It makes noises on initial startup and while rotating. Not the best quality The tray is easily unconnected from the drive mechanism. The setting buttons are not sensitive enough. The cooking power is adequate. Installation was relatively easy.
