This works just as well but I guess is a testament that these units could have 10+ year life.

Easy to use, fairly quiet, and the SS looks great. I chose to put it in myself, saved $25. I found some cosmetic damage on the back of the oven. It was easily fixed and being in the back, you couldn't see it anyway. Fairly easy to install. My wife and I put it up with hardly any trouble. One problem was the length of time for delivery - almost a month.

It has some additional features, but it's easy to use. The only issue I have is that the keypad isn't illuminated so it's sometimes difficult to see the numbers and commands, depending on how dark the room is or if there is glare from sunlight. Other than that, very happy.

Our old microwave had two bulb sockets and accepted LEDs. Don’t know where this new model went wrong. Otherwise works great! Fan is pretty quiet.

Little heavy to mount above our stove, but then most of them are. Good power on the unit- cooks/reheats quickly and evenly. We use this as much if not more than our regular oven to cook foods. Good features on the control panel, thought we haven't even tried all of them to be honest.

Love my GE Microwave in Slate

Easy to install, runs beautifully, and I just LOVE the slate color!!! The buttons are easy to read and the "add 30 secs" is AWESOME! I needed this to replace a previous GE model that had served it's time. Thank you BEST BUY for having it in stock and delivered quickly!
