Great price being out of box, but difficulty getting it installed because it was missing a part. Also, they said nothing was wrong with the microwave, but there were a couple of scratches and a small dent. I chalked it up to getting a good deal, and not expecting perfection.

I have no complaints with the operation of the microwave. I'm not thrilled with the controls. Beverage does not have degrees or levels so if you push beverage there is only one option. The keypad also does not allow you to enter specific amounts of time.

Love this microwave..fits perfect, looks amazing...works fantastic.plenty of inside space for larger casserole dishes..heats fast nd though..Cant go wrong ob this microwave

Great basic microwave. Works well and is easy to use.

Bought the same exact model about three years ago and it quit working, so bought the same model to replace it. Hopefully this one will last longer.

Had to replace our previous GE 1.7 cubic foot Over-the-Range Microwave due to a magnetron failure after only two and one-half years. We love all the features of this Microwave and replaced it with the same model because it was on sale at Best Buy.

Microwave works well. Installer was a third party (XPO) not Best Buy delivery team. He told me He had not installed this before; unboxed everything in my kitchen. Had to drill some holes-did not clean up after his mess. My granddaughters were here and told me he was making a mess of the kitchen!

This microwave seems to offer a lot of options, however the door is a bit flimsy and doesn't seem durable enough.

Purchased this because it had the same dimensions as our last GE. It works as good as advertised. Gave it a 4 star only because when closing the door, it sounds a little "tinny"

This microwave fit in perfectly over our stove. We especially like its brite and easy to read digital readout (much easier to see in daylight than our 10 year old former model). Also find the method of inputting cook time is much better than older model.

I had bought a 1.7 cft GE over the range microwave in Yesr 2007 (I think) which went bad and I had to replace that with this one (both purchases from Best Buy). This one does not give me the same happy feeling as the previous one. I think GE has lost it’s sense of quality.

Was disappointed that the fan was so noisy & the light on the bottom is useless. Cost way to much for what you get.

Overall I like the microwave. What I do not like is the material, very hard to keep clean. When you clean it, it streaking appearance won't go away.

this was a scratch and dent item. It was very affordable.

Great performance. Control pad somewhat difficult. Defrost asks for pounds. And if you want lower power level tough to do. Otherwise looks great, cleans up great. Just push button controls not as user friendly. Still a great value.

Overall it's a good microwave. Make sure that you choose this one if you want sensor cooking. There is a similar model that doesn't have a sensor. Easy to use and heats well.

Have had this for a month...miss the preprogrammed feature for cooking vegetables as in my old unit but can adjust cook time myself. Wish this 1.7 size microwave came in a fingerprint free finish but otherwise I have been pleased. I.t is a nice clean design
