    looks great and works great. first time installing an OTR and was fairly easy and instructions were clear. Got it on a sale and could not be more happy about it.

    This is my second GE microwave we have in our home. I very rarely used microwaves until I purchased a GE now they are like my second ovens and are constantly used in prep work and cooking and baking processes!

    This was my first time to install an over-the-range microwave. And it could not have been easier. There are plenty of features that are included on this microwave. I have not use them all, but those that I have worked beautifully.

    We wanted the specific GE model. After having a 20-60 day wait at Home Depot and Lowe’s, we came to Best Buy online and got it within a week! Great work!!!

    I thought the microwave would look nice over my range. I’m not sure if it’s the way the microwave was installed or something going on with the door, but the vibrating noise when you run the microwave is terrible. If I want to lower the noise, I have to hold the handle in place the entire time food is being heated. So annoying. I have no idea how to fix this, so I guess I have to live with it.

    It;'s still a new unit, but so far, working like a champ. Really looking forward to the convection feature in baking. It's got everything you need, for an electric, including good storage underneath. Very attractive finish.

    All microwaves are about the same these days. This one heats food and has the same installation template as my previous GE so I didn't have to redrill my cabinet.
