like the microwave very much -- wish there was the ability to change the intensity since it doesn't always heat through efficiently -- there is no ability to do that on this microwave

Pros : -It does what I need a microwave to do. -Popcorn Button Works -Black Stainless Steel is a slick color -Best Buy Installation went smoothly Cons : -Finding this model in Best Buy that I can touch and feel was difficult. It took a while, but I found one eventually.

A good microwave, not top of the line, looks good and does all the functions needed for every day use. Smaller than the one it replaced which will not be a problem in 95% of the time used. I have used it now for just under a month.

This is my first over the range microwave. I already had a GE countertop microwave which I purchased years ago.It still works I love this microwave. Cooks everything evenly. Would totally recommend this.

Decent microwave but definitely not the quality of our previous GE. Cheap plastics and wobbly door. Works good so far though.

Nice, slimmer microwave. Quieter and smaller than the LG it replaced but a better machine. Solid choice.

Like the options, would have liked lighted buttons as a programming help.

This microwave works great and I have no complaints so far. Great product at a great price. Has different features my previous microwave didn't have. Highly recommended!

This microwave replaces one that I had for more than 15 years. So far it is more than meeting my expectations ( especially heating food all the way thru instead of that circle of cold I got from my old one). As an extra bonus it matches the finish on both my stove and fridge.

The back of it was delivered smashed. I installed it because I couldn’t wait a nother 6 weeks

The installation was bad, the two holes on top of the cabinet not matching the holes on microwave. The screw was crooked not in straight. The guy installed it tested our new microwave when there is nothing inside, which might damage the inside part. Door not in line, strange sound when open the door after two weeks said not returnable.

It’s fine. The old one had issues and this one works great.

I was vey happy with the help I getting the right microwave along with installation steps. The guys who installed were amazing careful and done in 20 minutes

this microwave is 50 dollars more than the one without a "sensor" feature that supposedly creates an automatic "doneness" test internally it doesn't work, and even when it does, it's no easier than the regular one with timed programs

This works just as it should. The food heats up quickly. I have to watch it to make sure it doesn't overflow.

Was fairly easy to adjust exhaust. Needed a lighter weight model. This fit requirements.

This model is the same Microwave that we have had for years, except we bought the Stainless Steel this time. The Stainless Steel looks great! The microwave works well and has all the features that we wanted. It was easy to install.

Have had 2 GE microwaves in the past. The handle broke on both of them. Will use handle differently to keep it intact.

This GE has some nice features, although I miss some of the sensor settings that we had on our former Amanda microwave, not available with this one. But, by trial and error, we can duplicate such settings.
