We just had it installed the other day so can't comment on longevity. But it fit nicely in the space previously occupied by our 12 year-old GE Profile microwave, the controls are intuitive, it's spacious inside, and it heats things just as quickly as our old one did before it died. I also really appreciate that they used a warm/yellowish color temperature for the surface light, when so many bulbs these days are cooler/bluer (our undercabinet lighting is 2700K and the bulbs here match them pretty well). The only two complaints I have are that there is no dimmer option for the clock (it's either SUPER BRIGHT or off) and the door feels a lot flimsier than the door on our old one. But hopefully we won't break it. We also had Geek Squad come install it and they did a really great job. Super professional and competent, careful and thorough, good communication, and very well prepared. They brought a little hand vac to clean up sawdust and stray styrofoam, and a pad and plastic cover to put on top of the stove while they were installing the microwave so they wouldn't damage or dirty the surface of the stove. Very impressive.

After only 8 years, my GE convection microwave regrettably stopped working. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, appliances are in short supply with estimates of upwards of 2-3 months. Not wanting to wait that long, I sacrificed my convection cooking feature for a straight microwave. Best Buy was the only store in a 60 mile radius with an inventory that allowed me to replace my microwave in only 2 days! Took a shot on this one based on availability and it being the right size OTR micro, and it exceeds my expectations and a bonus it was on sale at the time I purchased. This appliance is a SUPER investment and a great deal for about $250 on sale. I really like the coated enamel interior. It is very user friendly, typeface on the buttons could be a different color for easier recognition, letters blur/blend into the keypad back ground. The auto sensors like plate reheat, soup reheat, veggie reheat etc is way too long for the corresponding item, so I just don't let it run the whole time. The melt feature for butter is perfect and without splattering all over the interior. The fan is very loud, but frankly I've never heard a quiet micro fan or range hood fan, so nothing unusual there.

This microwave oven works just like it should: quietly and evenly. The over-the-range features are solid (lighting and venting) and the unit is attractive. The Best Buy Geek Squad installed it quickly, cleanly and with zero problems. I am happy with this purchase.

Microwave is great. i like the affordable cost. the microwave came without all the unnecessary frills keeping my cost low. the young man at pickup even helped me put it on the truck. ty

Good price. Ok product. Make sure you install it per directions. This one needs to protrude from cabinet face. Not much but not flush.

I recently got a new microwave, and it's been awesome! It fits right in with my stove and fridge, making my kitchen look great. It shipped fast and was pretty cheap for all the features it has. I'm really impressed with how well it works and how it adds to my kitchen's style!

This was almost an exact duplicate of the microwave we replaced except .2 cubic in larger. The keyboard has a few more keys on it and it has a few more options to use. Best Buy came out and took out the old one that was broken after about 6 years and replaced it with this new one. Installation was wonderful and the crew was so nice and careful when they installed it and left no mess behind. The microwave works very well, heats nicely and has some nice quick key functions on it as well. We will be very happy with this one for its life (hopefully longer than 5-6 years) but that's the expected life of a microwave I guess. I think it was a good buy.

We have not been able to use this unit to any great degree, but it is noticeably quiet during operation, is easy to use and appears to cook thoroughly and evenly.

A perfect replacement for a more expensive that had all the bells and whistles. Has only been a couple of months but works great.

Replaced old Convection/Microwave with new sensor cooking microwave. Much easier to use, great features and new black enamel inside. Works wonderful and you don’t need to be constantly pulling out an instruction book to figure out to use it. My husband even enjoys using it. BestBuy delivered it and installed it over the range and hauled the old one away. It was quick and easy! Great value and price!

This 1.9 cu. ft. GE above-the-range microwave is similar to what we were using. I wish the interior was finished in white instead of dark gray. It would be so much easier to clean inside if food splatters were more visible. Operation of microwave is good. Bought this microwave during a Black Friday sale.

So far great microwave. Simple and easy to use. Love that I can mute the beep sound when pressing the buttons.

We having been using this product for a month now. We find it easy to use. I like the quieter sound compared to our older unit. The temperature for heat food is great and the preset buttons (for example: baked potato) are excellent.
