one of the best GE products in the market, easy to use and it looks great!

We purchased this GE over the stove microwave to replace our previous one that died after 10 years. The quality has gone down, and this model feels more flimsy. The door handle feels like the plastic might break long before the microwave stops working. I am guessing GE has found a better way to make the microwaves, with alternate materials than in the past, thus it seems "cheaper", but might be just as good. That all being said, we are happy with how it looks, and how it cooks, so it is doing what we want. I would recommend this model to others looking to replace GE microwaves, especially over the new fad of having a dial instead of numbers to push. I can only imagine the knobs breaking off, and then how do you sett the time? That was a fear I read in the reviews of the models with the knob.

This is my second GE microwave. First one lasted until about 3 months after the warranty ran out (15 months). Bought this one and it went kaput after 11 months. Used the warranty to get it fixed (took 4 different service trips and replaced almost all the parts). Four months later, the thing is dead again and now out of warranty. They offered me a $100 rebate to buy a new GE branded microwave as a replacement. This next one will likely be my last one because it last a long time or I’ll never purchase GE again.

The one I had, died and was replaced with this one. The inside is approx. 1/8 to 1/4" smaller but not an issue. It works well and just like the one I had previously.

This Ge Microwave looks great in our new kitchen, works great and is very high quality. We are very pleased with every kitchen appliance we purchased from Best Buy. They were very helpful in our choices we decided on, will definitely recommend you to shop for appliances and other items from Best Buy! Mary

First microwave purchase in along time and really like this unit. Porcelain interior is awesome for cleaning vs. the plastic interiors that discolor and stain. Only minor complaint is buttons dont really seem to make sense how they are ordered. Just gonna take some getting used to I guess.

Needed a new microwave when old one decided to not heat. As it was under warranty customer service helped me get this one. It had all I was looking for, stayed in my budget ( not easy) and fit my space!! I am so pleased with it. I would have bought this one even if it wasn’t a replacement.

This is the most quiet microwave ever! Great features and options

I bought this microwave because it was the same size and brand of the microwave I was replacing. Replacing a roughly ten year old microwave with what I assumed was the same model, but just a newer version still required that I affix a new mounting bracket to the wall; I think I would have been happier if the new microwave had used the same mounting bracket (perhaps this is an unreasonable desire). My only 'concern' with the microwave is the touch buttons. They are sometimes unresponsive if not touched perfectly. Its a tad annoying, but nothing that would make me want to return the unit.

This GE microwave fit right where old GE microwave was and was simple to install. Did not have to make any modifications to install new microwave. The color of this microwave fits right in with our kitchen. It is also easy to operate and use.

Working perfectly; fair price; good service on delivery and installation (which was included in my Total Tech contract at the time we purchased). Will continue to buy from Best Buy.

This oven is almost exactly like my previous GE that was 25 years old. This one was cheaper and works exactly like my old one. I hope this one lasts as long.

Lots of great features but it is a bit noisy especially as it starts up. Except for that I love it. Easy to operate. It does a great job of replacing an exhaust fan, cooks food evenly.

Microwave works fine, is like the last GE purchased. I like the 1.9 cu. ft. size but would prefer a white interior, easier to see through the glass if needed. Price was good so chose this rather than a smaller unit with white interior.

So it has been working good. Since I just received the microwave I am only giving it a 4 star at this time. Have not used all the features as of yet. Like the looks of the cabinet. It was delivered and installed on time.
