Looks great , proforms perfectly..glad I bought GE microwave..

Love our new Microwave. Seems to heat up faster and food comes out hotter then our old one. Looks great and the numbers on the clock are easier to see. I like the 4 levels on the exhaust fan. The price was nice and worth it.

so far so good. installed easily and works fine. will see how long it lasts

Our microwave went out and we were able to find this one at Best Buy. We were happy that they came out in a few days and it was installed in no time. It works great and has a few extra settings than our old one. We are very happy.

Replaced a older ge microwave exactly same model number ..the brackets have been .modified and the new appliance has a flimsy feel when closing door

It is a beautiful and works great. I like the dark interior. I am giving this a 4 because there is what looks like cardboard in the upper right of the inside of the microwave. I have only had it a few days so not sure how the cardboard looking piece will clean

This was a replacement for a previous GE microwave that died after 12 years of use. Was supposed to be a direct replacement. Overall it functions well and the design is very similar to my previous unit. My only criticisms are that the touch screen display buttons need to be pressed hard - perhaps they'll be more sensitive to my touch after I use it more - and the interior is grey which makes it hard to see food splatters and where to clean when splattering occurs. A bit dark to look into and I prefer the old white interiors. Also, since the touch screen buttons are not backlit they are nearly impossible to see when the kitchen is dark (late night snacking). But it gets the job done and cooks well.

This is replacing a similar GE microwave that died after 7 years. This microwave is so loud while cooking compared to my old one. The fan has also just come on by itself a couple of times. Nothing was cooking on the stove. Not sure what’s that was about. The light on the bottom is not as bright to light up my cook top. The reheat feature cooks your food to death and the popcorn button cooks the popcorn 10 seconds too long. It begins to burn. I should have just gone with one without all the bells and whistles.

My Advantium gave up after 22 years & since I had used it mainly to microwave I chose that function only. I’m so glad I chose this GE microwave. Love it. Great choice and price.

Was looking for a replacement for a GE Profile, this is almost it's twin except dark interior (not a fan) and sometimes wonder if it heats evenly. Has all the right buttons and functions for our heavy usage and looks great. Delivery and install super quick and professional.

wanted to upgrade my old GE micro to this one and glad I did... extra features, and great price and install service ... very happy

Fits perfectly above stove. All the features are great. Beverage works better than expected. Not boiling the beverages tried but very hot. Very sleek and compact appearance

Function buttons require much more pressure to engage than our previous GE microwave. They are also much harder to see due to smaller and less distinct print. This was not noticeable in the store given the lighting and height of the microwave on display. Also this microwave requires immediate use or else you get a message to put food in/open door to start cooking if you delay pushing "start." Quite annoying if you multitask and want to wait to start microwaving to coordinate with other cooking chores. Lastly, we overlooked the fact that this was not a smudge resistant stainless steel, so it's a real pain to keep it looking nice. Otherwise, it works fine. My husband liked how the door seemed substantial for the one on display, and this door is doing well, so far. Were I to do it over, I'd look for clearer button graphics and smudge resistant stainless. Why companies still produce smudgy stainless is beyond my comprehension.

This is the first over the range one that we have owned. We read reviews carefully and chose GE because they were rated so high and the microwave has proven those reviews to be true. The reheat feature is just awesome. The first time we tried it I thought this will never work, but the pasta we were reheating was hot and not dry and over or under cooked. Popcorn is also self-timing and worked great. The only thing that I still stall on is that the start button is not larger or in a more obvious spot on the panel. We installed the microwave two months ago and are happy with the purchase.

This was a replacement for a GE Profile. It seems to have everything the other had except the shelves. I especially like the traditional oven like interior and am looking forward to see how it functions with time. The color is beautiful with my white cabinets.

My 20+ year-old old GE microwave oven finally died in the middle of 2022, and I wanted to replace it with another GE microwave that worked basically the same way as the old one. The main reason for this is my 90-year-old mother, who would've had to re-learn how to operate a different microwave oven. Luckily, this is just a newer version of my old microwave, and is programmed the exact same way, and works just as well as the old one had for over 20 years. My only problem with this newer model is that it doesn't have a programmable automatic night light, as the old model had. But that's a minor issue. Otherwise, I'm very happy with my purchase.
