Love the look of this microwave. The melt feature is great, with different options of what is being melted. Tested the reheat and when we used this feature it didn't overheat our food and cause it to splatter in the microwave. Wish the buttons had a light feature that didn't require us to turn on the light in the kitchen. But don't know if any microwave does that.

This was a replacement for an existing microwave, same brand, same style - one that we liked. The new one seems to have an improved turntable which was our only complaint when the other one quit working.

The microwave itself is wonderful. Great product from GE. Hope this lasts as long as the other one. Took away one star for Best Buy as I ordered this in Feb, received it in June. Part of it was manufacture backorder, but the other part was Best Buy not following through on orders not completed. All I can say is order ahead of any appliance failure as it may take months to be completed.

GE still makes a great Microwave...one the best on the market for an over the oven install....i enjoy the 3 light setting and muti exhaust settings...

This is the 3rd micro we have had to get from GE the last one lasted 1 1/2 years the one before that lasted 2yrs. The mag goes out and stops heating. If it wasn’t for having all our appliances this same color I would have switched to a different brand but everything is less then 5 years old. Very disappointed in the quality.

This microwave was very easy to install into an existing space, and has worked very well so far.

We replaced the older version of this microwave with this one. I would ha e given it 5 stars but it doesn’t have a an auto on/off for the light. Heats up well though!

Works very well. The Best Buy installation people did a great job of fitting our new microwave into the available kitchen area over our stove. Happy with microwave!

This microwave saved me from paying over $600 to fix the old one. It even warms the food better!!! Glad i made the choice to replace.

I really like this microwave still getting use to it, purchased a Panasonic and didn't like it all all was out to far in the front sent it back and ordered this one, much happier.

It’s works real good & all, but all it does is heat stuff up. I need something that will maybe make things little bit cooler but like really really fast. What I need is a reverse microwave.

The microwave oven simply does everything it’s supposed to do. That’s more than enough for us.

Bought the same model that was in the house when we bought it 5 years ago. The placement of the top support screws was completely different. Worse yet the right screw hole was practically all the way into the right side wall making the install very challenging!

So far I really like it and it doesn’t burn my hand because my plates you see that now they don’t

This was a great price and we love the look. I feel like it takes a little longer to heat through but it does have a more consistent heat. Overall very happy with this product.

GE microwave 1.9 cu.ft. works great with great functions.

So far it’s a great microwave. Cooks fast and the enamel interior looks way better and is easy to clean. Great deal at the sale price I received. Easy to install.
