Microwave fit well

I can’t imagine that a new GE model microwave is still using a power hungry halogen lamp while competitors are using bright white LED lamp. No operator’s manual is enclosed in the box. Other than that, it warms my leftover food.

The microwave in the store had a blue enamel interior, the microwave installed has a gray non blue enamel interior. Very disappointed because paid more partially due to this feature, not sure if GE is cutting costs but definitely not what I thought I was ordering.

I have had great experience with GE so decided on this model. Easy to install and works great.

We didn't buy extra warranty. Excellent design by GE. They scammed us good. The other microwaves have about the same reliability and we were forced to buy this trash since we had to get something that matched other GE appliances.

The heads on mounting screws strip out easily. The templates for mounting are confusing thence the extra holes and a trip to the hardware stores for more molly bolts. I am not a novice when it comes to mechanics and read through them more twice. If you can design a microwave how can’t you write clear a clear installation guide.
