So far no complaints about new microwave. Easy to use.

Do not buy this product - the handle is not stainless steel and will melt leaving your food below with a nice silver flake coating. GE warranty will not cover replacement - they will though sell you a new door for $150. This is my 2nd one and both handles flaked off.

In 2017, we bought a new house that was only a year old . All appliances (Microwave, dishwasher, stove) in the house were GE. After 6 months, the microwave stopped heating up. I gave the brand a fair amount of trust, went ahead and replaced it with another GE microwave. Less than a year later, the new GE replacement has become a fire and health hazard in my house. Couple days ago, after I turned the microwave on, it started making a clicking noise, then smoke . The entire house started smelling electric burnt. The smell is very strong and toxic. Also, my GE dishwasher has been repaired more than 3 times in the space of 2 years. I am very disappointed in GE.

The microwave is cheaply made. I was disappointed in its quality.

Louder than our prior GE microwave. Handle is flimsy. The features appear to all work just not the quality we are used to with GE.

We are all enjoying this microwave! Install was supper easy for my husband. I love how deep it is! This matching my GE double oven and it looks perfect! The wait for it to come in was worth it!

The whole family likes it's features and appearance but they all comment on how loud it is.

Over the Range Top Microwave GE Model JVM7195KSS. Installation drilled new holes in my cabinets that were not needed. Wooden scraps & chunks in cabinet where my wife keeps dishes. I think Microwave was not vented correctly as this new model JVM7195KSS has 450 CFM fan and will not remove the steam off of one pot. Old GE Microwave bought in new home in 2009 was much much quieter and with 300 CFM fan removed most all steam or smoke from counter top cooking. Best Buy wants to charge me an uninstall fee to come remove this dog of an appliance after a shoddy installation. Good Luck Guys !

Closes loudly, door on microwave. Other than that ok.

It would be nice if manufacturers would all have the same product sizing & installation set up. This microwave looks great & seems to work just fine. But once again have another set of holes in my cabinet as every manufacturer makes the bolt holes in a different spot.

First few seconds of operation very loud, fan operation very loud, closing of door very loud. Would not buy again.

I am one that uses a microwave several times a day, so when mine broke a month ago I was freaked out....we ended up getting all 4 appliances since all the other ones were almost 20 years old as well. I figured it was time- so we splurged! I am so glad to have all matching pieces!

It's a great microwave - both look and price. My husband doesn't like how sensitive it is to touch.. you need to press hard to set the timer, etc.

How can I review when I did not receive the product yet. What is the deal????? Ordered on 10-18-23

Bought a new microwave…was sent a used one that was completely full of grease and gross. Returned it and they ordered a new one for me and then canceled my order the following day. Their advice to me was buy a different microwave, use it and send it back once other one gets there. Buyer beware when shopping at Best Buy.

I should have noticed a few things before buying this microwave 1.) The panel is hard to read(its really dark and could use a light 2.) No potato, rice or vegetable instant cook button (out last one had it and now i miss this!)

It took a little getting used to because our previous microwave cooked a bit differently. For example, "melt" means just what it says -- it does not "soften" frozen butter. It heats very evenly.

so far so good. had another brand that stopped working properly the first year. never got them to take care of. expecting good things from this one.

The underlight is not very bright and it's a halogen. GETS HOT !!! Otherwise it cooks fine. Still trying to get used to the button locations.

GE micro wave oven speaks for itself. The best part was the guys who installed it. I bought the same microwave at HD and when the installer came they couldn’t put it in. A week later, i bought the exact same unit and it was a piece of cake for the Geek Quad.
