Works well! Exactly as described. The delivery and installation were amazing. The light could be a bit brighter - it is a bit dim/dull.

I purchased this to replace an older model GE product. The "manual" if quite limited, but the electronic touchscreen is very user friendly.

Installation was about an hour with 2 people. Works right out of the box. Ordering and pickup a breeze.

I love this new microwave ... however, I had a small issue and when I spoke with my salesman, Ronnie Callejo at the Best Buy on Veterans Blvd. in Metairie, LA., he took care of the issue immediately. I could not say enough good about Best Buy .. and the guys with Twin Services that removed my old microwave and installed this new one. They were all super to deal with and I highly recommend Best Buy, Ronnie and Twin Services.

Micro wave heats well. Looks very neat and easy to clean

Great product. I love this microwave and the features but the only problem is after a three minute warm up, a plate if food is not fully hot. There is still parts of the plate were its partly not properly heated, unlike my previously similar model. So basically I just stir up the food and/or put it back in for another minute.

Everything went fine with the DIYS install. The base that the bolts screw into from the top don't have a very broad base, therefore, it flexed the sheet metal on the top of the microwave more that it should, but when I tightened everything up, it snugged up fine. Looks pretty good. If you look close, you can still see the bow in the sheet metal slightly.

Beautiful and highly functional microwave! Love it ! The melt, reheat plate and popcorn buttons work perfectly! Wipes clean easily with no streaks. Very happy with this purchase.

The microwave fit perfectly where our old one had hung. It was easy to install by myself, with the help of a friend to lift it into position. My only complaint is that the touchpad controls are hard to press. A lighter touch would be an improvement.

This is a replacement microwave for the one that stopped working. They are both GE. The last one lasted 10 years. It was easy to have it installed. Fit perfectly in the spot.
