We bought this microwave in September 2023. Shortly after installation, the laminate on the keypad started bubbling up in several places, and now it appears the magnetron has failed. The keypad still works, the timer counts down, and the platter rotates but the oven never turns on to heat what we put inside. This is the second microwave of this model we have had. The keypad changed between the first and second, which may be related to why it deformed. The first lasted roughly ten years with no keypad issues, so we were hoping for the same this time. I guess we need to look for a different model now.

Great product. Easily fit into our existing space. (replaced an old, broken microwave)

This purchase was made to replace our 14 year old over the range 36" GE Profile. After 3 weeks of use, we are quite happy with our purchase. Unfortunately, 36" units seem to be as available as hens' teeth and the stainless 6" filler was more expensive than the mic itself. I've informed the wife I'll fashion a bookshelf/cubby so she can put a cookbook or two into the space. She tells me she's planning her own remedy as I'm not the handiest of handimen.

Received within 2 days of purchase and it fit well in the space. Product is in good condition and works well. I would recommend this product.

Great microwave with lots of great features, bells and whistles however the buttons are a bit hard to push and the lightbulb recently dimmed. Other than that, it does the job!

Found this microwave with over the stove range at Best Buy. It had a really great price and being a GE, It works really well. I had originally found it at Home Depot, but guess what Home Depot wanted a chunk of money to ship it.

This unit replaced an older ge model that was very similar. Interestingly the mounting was a bit different. Anyway, I like that the airflow is an increase from 300 cfm in the old one to 400 cfm. I wasn’t sure it was going to make much of a difference but it does seem to be better.

This microwave looks beautiful and is SO quiet! My husband used to wake me up when he heated things in the morning with our old microwave despite the fact our bedroom is the opposite side of the house. This microwave you can barely hear. Installation was super easy even tho we’re not very handy. Food cooking wise seems very good tho I’ve only had a week so haven’t used extensively. But everything I have heated has come out perfectly.
