    I bought this model about 5 years ago and it recently died. The only reason I bought this model again is because it matched the oven and I assumed the bracket would be the same which would make mounting it easier. Nope, completely different bracket, even the screw holes on top moved for some reason. If I knew that I would have definitely bought a different brand this time. Will this one last longer? We’ll see.

      We appreciate your loyalty to our brand. We do always recommend using the mounting bracket that comes with the new model because they can change over different manufactured models. This is s a really nice model that has some great features. This includes the Turntable on/off feature and an add 30 seconds button that is very convenient.     The template to install the microwave is a little off so you have to make some adjustments yourself. The keypad is less responsive than our old one. Fan is super strong.

    Needed to replace the old white microwave due to getting new stainless steel range and refrigerator. Easy install, easy to use & aesthetically goes great with other appliances! Larger interior than most others. Good cooking power.

    Great microwave that replaced a 20 year old one. It is the best value you can find with the ceramic interior, four vent settings, steam cleaning and sensor cooking features. I gave this a 4 stars since it comes with an outdated under microwave halogen bulb they they should have replaced with an led bulb that are now very cheap to purchase. I replaced mine.

    Good solid microwave. Haven’t tried the cleaning function yet that is to be seen. Wish they would use the same brackets so you don’t have to change the bracket out when replacing same brands. Metal outside feels flimsy but once it’s installed it doesn’t really matter.

    Love how easy it is to clean. Another great feature is the temperature sensor for reheating food. Haven't food anything I don't like about it!!!
