    This microwave is great. I love the modern look of black slate, and matches well with our other kitchen appliances. There are many one touch buttons that provide quick and convenient cooking options that take the guesswork out in trying to find the proper food cook times. Our only complaint would be that there is not a button for softening, only a melt button. Other than that, we couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

    This microwave works fine. It is noisier and more plastic feeling than the one I had before. Those are my only two complaints so far. Otherwise, it looks nice and works well.

    This GE model replaced a 12 year old GE in our condo. Installation was relatively easy but need 2 helpers. Read the instructions to make sure you properly vent the exhaust system. Working well and Best Buy always helpful.
