Very nice unit with a lot of automatic heat that senses steam from food. Unit works well very powerful. My only negative is I have the oven of the same exact name brand and they didn't give them matching leds! (Ones green the other white!)

Love this microwave and it works very well. Beware of installing it yourself though. It has some really sharp metal edges in the back that caused me to slice my finger open.

After the installation we loved all its features, functionality and time saving qualities. GE appliances always the best choice when it comes to dependable services. All our other appliances are GE.

Amazing! Doesn’t take long for our food to warm up unlike our old microwave!

I love my new microwave. It has multiple setting for the light and fan speed. Very happy with it.

All black to replace my old GE -- not as bright inside because it's gray not beige like I had. However, a plus is that the glass plate is larger.

We've had the microwave for about 8 months and we're currently going through a second appointment to fix an issue that it has going on. Apparently there is short that stops the microwave full function.

I called our local appliance repair shop and they said after a short time of ownership, the Samsung and LG brands are constantly needing repairs. For fewer repairs and maintenance they recommended going with the GE Brand. It's the best advice I ever got.

Good overall microwave. Works well, no issues. A little hard pressing the buttons and the bells could be a little louder.

The Black Stainless is very elegant. The microwave works well and has a lot of functions,Downloaded the manual online.. The fan has 4 speeds, just make sure your turn it towards the front as explained in the installation instructions as it could make a lot of noise if you don’t. Inside is very easy to clean. I just use a mild soapy washcloth and wipe it down.No problems and so far very satisfied with our purchase,

Nice but can see streaks easy. But works as it should

No manual - not all function keys work… For warming it’s great…. Would like a manual to explain all the keys..

It is very good, only thing is, you have press hard on the keys.

PURCHASED TO REPLACE PREVIOUS FOUR YEAR OLD MODEL THAT STOPPED FUNCTIONING. IT WORKS GREAT, BUT DOES NOT HAVE ALL OF THE FEATURES OF THE GE PROFILE UNIT WE HAD. DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE AVERSION MANUFACTURERS HAVE TO PRODUCING HIGH QUALITY WHITE KITCHEN APPLIANCES WHICH ARE NEVER OUT OF STYLE.

I’m not able to give a true review at this time because we are doing a total kitchen makeover, but the GE appliances that we are replacing have lasted over 20+ years so it was a nobrainer to go back to GE appliances for our new kitchen.

Nice microwave, works well just a little loud when in use

The Microwave was a replacement and this one fix n the same space but front mounting screws were not in the same location. I had a little problem with the template but it easy to install.
