    We looked at multiple microwaves in store and decided ln this one base on inside features. When we received Nd installed and opened door the inside was not what was in store. Apparently GE updated but store had old model on display and did not tell us. Had we known we would have purchzded cheaper LG microwave with similar interior. No help from store regarding issue, just that GE changed model and we could uninstall the new one we had and trade for floor model (which has been opened and closed a 1000 times. Microwave seems to work ok just very disatisfied with model changes and not being advised they had happened

    The absolute worst experience DO NOT BUY! This Microwave has stopped working three times since we purchased. We bought the extended warranty and the technicians seem mystified on how to fix. Customer service is terrible and will not allow us to return / replace until the technician indicates it is unrepairable. We have had issues with GE washer/ dryer, stove and now this microwave. Best Buy does not have the expertise or desire to provide support after the sale.
