In spite of assurances that the door opening is zero clearance meaning one could open the microwave door 90 degrees out when mounted hugging the kitchen cabinet's side this could not be done. The unit was taken back by installers. Very disappointed. 60 days of waiting!

This was a complete nightmare! I ordered this machine online after giving the person I worked with the measurements and my lists of "must haves". I ordered the day after Thanksgiving "Black Friday"! I was told it wouldn't be delivered until January. I thought that was an awful long wait... They continued to call me to set up the appointment for installation, when they didnt have the machine??! At the end of Jan. I called to cancel the order to learn they'd had the machine since December 1st. Long story short I was offered a discount which the amount offered wasn't what was given. I have used this company for many years for TV's, Computers, appliances, etc! But I will remind myself next time of the nightmare of this purchase.

This microwave is great. It heats up quickly and is a good size. I have no complaints thus far.

Everything was satisfactory. The large turntable works well for bigger items. Nice features and overall great product.

The microwave itself is great. Heats just right, good power, nice auto features. The mounting bracket and system leaves room for improvement. We weren't able to get the gap between the top of the unit and the bottom of the cabinet tight, so there is some visual spacing.

easy to use, easy to clean. works great dark color on the inside, so it don't show the dirt as fast.

I bought this because my old microwave (G.E.) kept blowing fuses. I didn’t need to replace the microwave, I needed to replace the outlet it was plugged into. Too late...my son-in-law had already installed it and I wasn’t going ask him to take it out to get a refund. It works fine and (almost) matches the other G.E. appliances. Someone at Goodwill got a smokin’ deal on our old one.

I am glad to have a new microwave. It is an upgrade of the one I had previously that was not working. It is easy to use.

Product is as expected. The installation was quick and professional.

I had a GE Profile Microwave for many years and finally stopped working. The new one is not as good. It burns popcorn when you use Popcorn button. Seems to take longer when you reheat food. It doesn't have Butter soften anymore and it doesn't have a timer for the lite to come on automatically anymore.

Needed to replace a LG that the glass door broke. This one used the same rear mount and just had to barely open up the top screw holes. Looks a little bigger inside even though it’s the same size on the outside. Like the controls and the door feels stronger than the last one.

The microwave is good but installation is a nightmare. This is a complete different microwave than what GE used to manufactured 5 years back. The back support panel/ bracket has just 2 holes to support, so we had to remove our old bracket. The top holes were also little far from the old models so we had to drill new holes.

We bought this as a replacement for a side by side setup and could not be happier. Fit perfectly.
