Hopefully the hard plastic doesn’t start to melt. Other than that, very satisfied!

It runs smooth and is quieter. The sensory cooking is great and heats my food to perfection. Still learning about this one and really like it.

The cardboard cover on the right top or side wall of the microwave interior is there by design. The cardboard (mica) covers the waveguide system that feeds microwave energy into the cavity and should not be removed. The microwave should not be used for any function if this cardboard cover is not in place. If removed, it would require service to replace. We didn't do that and once we installed it there is really loud noise coming out of it. We missed the return/exchange time and now it's a nightmare to get it fixed. Will have to pay for the warranty to fix it now.
