    This was a replacement for an older model that died suddenly. It seems as if it’s a cheaper model. The wattage is lower which is unfortunate as there was no alternative wattages. I do not like the black interior as it is not as easy to tell if you’re cleaning it thoroughly. It seems as if GE is giving less quality at the same price. It’s still very easy to use despite lesser quality. This is an over the stove model, not vented

    This microwave has lots of good features that I’ve not used before. I like that you can turn off the turntable and the presets are good. The light is nice and bright, despite what others have said.

    This microwave met all my expectations and more! It Cooks fast and evenly. I like that it has two light settings as well as multiple fan settings. I can't say enough good things about it!

    Plug in Microwave immediately after pursuing. We didn't do that and once we installed it there is really loud noise coming out of it. We missed the return/exchange time and now it's a nightmare to get it fixed. Will have to pay for the warranty to fix it now.

    Broke less than 3 years later!

    Purchased all new GE appliances installed microwave on 6/20/18, quit working 3/7/21! our last microwave still worked after 10 years should have stuck with that one. won't buy GE again.

    Microwave works great. In comparison to my old one the buttons are a little clunky. I feel like I need to push 6 or 7 buttons to microwave for 15 seconds.

    Definitely a great buy. I would say it heats up food pretty fast and conveniently. I’ve used GE for majority of my kitchen appliances and have never been disappointed!

    Had it for about 6 months and it works great. I only wish it had a shelf like the old one it replaced did. But this is still a great upgrade/replacement item.

    Microwave was/is missing internal hardware to secure microwave to the cabinet above the unit.

    Had this thing for 2 years and it’s already shorting out. Right after the 1 year warranty expired it started giving us problems. The light shorts out and sometimes the beeps and buttons stop working. Really disappointed because GE is supposed to be a respectable brand

    Received on 11Sep24 and on 12Nov24 the microwave stopped working. It stopped heating the food. Would not buy again

      If your microwave runs but is not heating, there could be one of many components that is not working properly. Please make sure the “Timer” function was not inadvertently used. Also check to ensure the door is closed securely; open the door and close it firmly.
