Easy to use and to understand It is a lot like a previous microwave and I didn't have to read a manual to understand how the product works I would recommend this product

It took 3 times to purchase after the first two installers were incapable of installing the microwave and dishwasher. I finally made a purchase for the dishwasher from Bill Smiths Appliances. When the installer came I asked him if he could install the microwave. The installer said no problem at all. He said the other people don't know what they are doing. It was the most frustrating experience.

Seems to work well, install was fairly easy. Just wish BestBuy would tell you the filter number for the exhaust fan to recirculate air if you can't do and exterior exhaust install.

Purchased to replace our GE microwave that quit working. Works well and heats up quickly only negative is, we have to push the buttons with quite a bit of pressure to start. I hope this doesn’t cause holes on the keypad over time.

I couldn't be happier with my choice. It's a lil bigger than our prior microwave which is perfect for us and I love the blue ceramic interior. My favorite feature is the melting chocolate/caramel/butter. No more burning any of this!!

After 12 years of flawless operation of our previous GE microwave we elected to replace it with another GE appliance. So far it has been excellent. Have even enjoyed 'baking' potatoes in it! Get it . . . I don't think you will be disappointed.

Bought this to replace another GE microwave that I had for 10 years. Also wanted a GE to match my other appliances, The door seems to have a slight movement up and down, maybe loose but I don’t know and when door is shut, it not quite even with with the panel side. Also it seems that we need to apply extra pressure to the buttons when we need to use it. Disappointed because of the flaws that I have to live with now. Even though I bought this on 7/17/2020, I just got it installed on 8/15/2020, because I was waiting for the right time to allow someone in the house due to the pandemic. Me waiting to get it installed put me past the return period at Bestbuy, otherwise I would have exchanged for another one hoping that this one is just defective because I was hoping that I won’t have to replace it for another 10 years just like my previous one.

Very nice upgrade from my 20 year old GE microwave. Features are similar, which I like. Has a new steam cleaning feature too which is nice. So far, I like everything about this new microwave

I love this microwave. It has all of the features that i wanted.

At first buying the microwave site unseen made me nervous. The last time we did, we chose a brand that starts with an S but hasn't sung very well. They should have stayed making electronics, but we were running on borrowed time. We got the black slate. Very pleased with it's presentation. This color selection on this microwave has very classic presentation. It’s quiet and heats the food evenly. Would definitely recommend this microwave.

My husband bought this for me to replace a 26 yr old Kenmore. I love the features on this. The steam clean is what I hope to use more of in the future. It does have a dark interior but it doesn't bother me in the slightest. I like the recessed full plate.

Good snd reliable easy to clean. Made some changedto magentron compartment compared to previous editions

Nearly 2 Cu Ft and fits in the same space as my older smaller unit. Pairs well with the GE SS Gas Range.

Seems to work well. Have only had it for a very short time so it’s hard to review at this time.

Microwave works well, as advertised. Installation was smooth and professional. Customer service at the store and for installation was great.
