Our microwave so far is outstanding on all functions accept 1. Our surface light worked for a few days and no longer working. I believe we just need to change the light bulb. Need to look at my manuel on what type needed.

The problem I had was my other one was a 36" over the range. So I needed one that would fill that space and this was one that would work along with the filler pieces that you could get. But so far so good and it is the same as the other one just not as powerful as this one is 1000 watts and my other one was 1100 watts. And believe it or not it does show when you use it. But over all I like it and it was equal to the others on the market.

It looks terrific with my other stainless steel appliances in my kitchen! And it was delivered and installed right in my home! What more could I ask?

It does a great job with cooking evenly. I like the looks but the key pad is hard to see. Would be awesome if it would light up when you touch it or if the numbers/print were brighter.

First time doing popcorn it did over do it. Not sure why. Other than that it works good. Plenty of cook settings, pre programmed defrosts, useful shortcuts.
