Not Quite as Expected

This replaced another and had same issue of hot spots and cold. You can't set food in middle or you will end up with frost in part and hot in another. Set on side it does better but still frost on some. You have run again. The manual said wait 5 min for micro to cool between uses but that did not work either. Sent back. Thank you TotalTech!

Installers opened box to discover microwave scratched in multiple areas. Refused microwave as installers suggested. Installers have not returned with replacement therefore: This serves as notice to cancel this order in its entirety and refund the full amount paid on my visa credit card for the microwave, installers fee and all taxes. Less than one month of usage and during the Covid-19 stay at home order. This is not a quality product and I am at a loss since its past the 15 day return for best buy. I don't think I will ever shop at Best Buy again since I can't get any support for this.
