    I researched my over the counter GE microwave and that opinion was seconded by the Best Buy sales person. She discussed size, features and the reliability of GE products.     Nice looking microwave but the auto fan had ran for days. This is not the vent fan but a built in auto fan that kicks on. Now the turn table doesn't work so I don't know if we got a defective machine but still not fixed yet. Geek squad didn't schedule my 1st appt now I have to wait another week for a new appt

    When I was looking to replace my older GE microwave with a new one, I was looking at manufacturers like Whirlpool. But when it came down to price vs quality (reviews) vs features, this one came out ahead. And I’m glad I got it. No complaints!

    The microwave itself works great and has all of the features we need. However, the surface light gets incredibly hot when on high. It is so hot it heats up the inside of the microwave and is dangerous to touch the light fixture. I don't understand why they used a halogen bulb. I would recommend only using the surface light on low.

    Previous GE over the range microwave handle broke and cheaper to buy new than repair! We have BB Total so delivery, installation and haul away was no charge. The microwave’s great, offering quick buttons as well as sensor cooking. Easy to transition from previous model to this model. Did not want a Bluetooth enabled product so we stayed with this model and am very pleased with it.

    Sleek, attractive, user friendly, reliable. This is our second GE microwave. The first one withstood 17 years of heavy usage. Best Buy delivery and installation arrived as scheduled, removed our old microwave, installed the new one, and checked to be sure it was working properly. I highly recommend the microwave and the Best Buy installation.
