The mag goes out and stops heating. If it wasn’t for having all our appliances this same color I would have switched to a different brand but everything is less then 5 years old. Very disappointed in the quality.

I need something that will maybe make things little bit cooler but like really really fast. What I need is a reverse microwave.

Disappointed in the quality

The placement of the top support screws was completely different. Worse yet the right screw hole was practically all the way into the right side wall making the install very challenging!
