    The absolute worst experience DO NOT BUY! This Microwave has stopped working three times since we purchased. We bought the extended warranty and the technicians seem mystified on how to fix. Customer service is terrible and will not allow us to return / replace until the technician indicates it is unrepairable. We have had issues with GE washer/ dryer, stove and now this microwave. Best Buy does not have the expertise or desire to provide support after the sale.

    Great over the range microwave with sleek black stainless steel look. It has nice short cut buttons for easy cooking as well a higher power exhaust fan. I was able to install easily.

    Finally a new microwave where the turntable actually works! So far, we love it. It takes some getting used to.

    Difficult to install by own. GE changed the supporters frames that hold. Got to remove the old ones and re-install. Best Buy helped a lot.

    Broke my Stove Installing the Microwave

    The installers broke the top of my stove when they installed the microwave. I did not notice the cracks (the top is black ceramic) until cooking that evening. They had to know they broke it, as they vacuumed and cleaned the stove top before leaving. I contacted Best Buy about it, but the most they would do is give me a $25 gift card. Which I found insulting and declined. I am not shopping at Best Buy anymore. Which is sad, because their customer service is great (in the store), and I like their prices and their products.

    Tried to pass off an open box item.

    Had this delivered, when I open box found all mounting hardware missing and exhaust fan filters also missing. I looked closer at the box it had been resealed with inspected by Best Buy tape. I was delivered an open box item. I'm a total rewards member I would better than this.

    My only complaint on this microwave is the key pad is not as sensitive as I was used to. Must really press to get the key pad to respond

    Quality microwave! I paid for install and that was well worth it too! Working great and if matches my GE black slate appliances!

    Average performance. It is not what I expected. Doesn’t heat up as my previous one. GE is manufacturing lower quality products

    It has now been a month since I purchased an over the range microwave from Best Buy, with delivery, installation, and haul-away included, but I am in the process of scheduling my fourth appointment, and still do not have my microwave installed. I have also been required to pay 2 outside handymen to uninstall the old microwave, and then to remove a plate from the concrete wall, for a total of 5 appointments, and still no working microwave. I have been a Geek Squad member and now TotalTech member for years and have until now always been very satisfied with their service, but I find their current service unacceptable.

    Item was originally supposed to be delivered February 21st, then delayed until March 7th. Now delayed until March 16, if it arrives by then, we'll see. If we had known it would have been a month to get it, we would have shopped elsewhere.

    had ro buy this item to replace a identical one thay only lasted a couple of years. not great quality. impossible to find someone to fix it.
